Sonic 2 and Knuckles
Sonic 3 and Knuckles (GREATEST GAME EVAH.....for the genesis)

Many other good games. Look em up in a FAQ or somethin.

It IS a must buy. You can also use Debug mode and the such on it. You can find how to on the GameFAQs cheats section.
